Kenosha Pride serves as an essential platform for Kenosha’s LGBTQIA community, highlighting the importance of visibility, acceptance, and unity not only in Kenosha but also in surrounding areas. This year’s Kenosha Pride was a celebration of love, acceptance, and community spirit, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the volunteers who represented CUSH at this meaningful event.
We were excited to see so many familiar faces, and to welcome so many newcomers! It was a joy to share information about CUSH and our Rainbow Fwd task force, which aims to increase representation of and support for our LGBTQIA+ siblings in Kenosha and surrounding communities. Engaging with so many eager individuals ignited a spark of hope and determination within us to continue advocating for equality and awareness.
