Yesterday afternoon, community and faith leaders of Kenosha gathered to address anti-immigrant hate posters that surfaced throughout the city. These disturbing posters—adorned with an image of a green alien used as target practice with the “MAGA” slogan beneath—have also appeared in Waukesha and Chicago.

During the conference, community leaders denounced the hateful imagery and messaging, aiming to foster unity and resilience against this form of discrimination, and to reaffirm their support for the city’s immigrant community.
