On November 19th, we gathered to hear Karen’s enlightening presentation titled “Urban Trees: Placement and Species Choice.” Focusing on the ecological and aesthetic benefits of urban forestry, Karen shared insights on how to strategically select and position trees within urban landscapes, while underscoring the importance of choosing the right species for different environments.
We Work Locally, Statewide, and Nationally
CUSH is part of WISDOM, a Wisconsin network of 11 affiliates throughout the state. WISDOM is a member of the Gamaliel Foundation, a national network that works to address issues of justice. CUSH maintains its own identity through its membership, however our partnerships with WISDOM and Gamaliel allow us to work together at both the state and national levels.
